I'm using a Charge HR, and have the Android app on a Samsung Galaxy S9.
Twice now I have finished my run and gone to sync up with my phone. A minute or two later my app will show no activity for the day, and if I check my Charge HR it is also reset to zero.
Googling this issue shows it's been around for years. Has anyone figured out if there's a way to avoid it happening?

Hi there @BenGeorge , welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge HR is behaving like this. I'd like to help you out.
My recommendation would be to first, give your tracker a quick restart. For this, plug the charging cable to any USB port or UL-certified USB wall charger and plug the other end to your Charge HR. Press and hold the button for 10-12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and the version number and release the button.
After this, from the Fitbit app, log out and log back in. Then, proceed to set up your tracker as if it was a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and it shouldn't miss any of your tracked activity sessions.
Hope this works. Let me know if you need more help!
