how can i change the default type of exercises in my watch and put exercises that i practice?

Hello @jpf10 and welcome to the Community.  Please tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your app > Charge 4 tile > Exercise shortcuts.  You might need to remove a shortcut to add a new one.  This YouTube video is a little out of date, because it uses the older version of the app.  If you follow my directions to get to your Charge 4 tile, then watch the video from 0:25 on, you can see all the steps to change your list and customize the order you see on your Charge 4.
