Exercises won’t ask to sync to phones gps

Hey everyone, 

when I try and go for a run, my Fitbit won’t ask to sync to my phones gps. So I will not get a map of the run. It syncs my steps and will sync the exercise. But it’s not asking to sync with gps. There is not phone icon on my run or no indicator that it’s connected or not connected. 

i rebooted the charge 2 and reinstalled the app. Still nothing, even updated the tracker

Hi @Dustin826 let's open the Fitbit app and go to the Charge 2 settings - exercises. Find the exercises in question, tap the settings cog for the exercise and check that gps is enabled.
