Expanding zone minutes generating activities

Hi! I use my charge 4 to monitor my workout, however I've noticed a quirk on the app that I'm only ever able to expand on information on 1 zone minute generating excersize per day (for instance I'll be able to expand 'aerobic workout' between 11:24 -11:41, but I won't be able to expand 'intense activity' from 11:03 - 11:24 despite the fact that it generated even more zone minutes.

I was wandering if there was a reason for this and/or a solution so that I can expand on more activities throughout the day as I find tracking my heart rates etc.. interesting 🙂

Kind regards,

William

I think you will see that the things you can expand on are the things that are listed as exercise sessions; expanding zone minutes just shows the same thing as the workout summary you would see from the Exercise tile.

Any zone-generating workout that actually qualifies as a "exercise session" I think will be thus expandable.  The surest way to make it an exercise session is to use the on-device Exercise App to record it, instead on relying on auto-recognition.  Anything of any intensity of any length recorded with the Exercise App counts as an exercise session.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
