Extremely high heart rate while jogging Charge 3

I have the Charge 3. I like the heart rate accuracy except when I am running. I take meds and my heart rate while jogging gets up to about 130 on an Apple Watch or a Garmin running watch. However, fitbot charge always  has my heart rate around 200 when jogging, which is very wrong.

Thank you for sharing all this information about the inconvenience that you've been experiencing with your Charge4 device. 

 

Before considering other options, I would recommend performing a restart and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar. 

 

I've also been informed that you had contacted the Customer Support team about this problem, please let me know if you were able to follow all the instructions they provided you or if you continue to experience the same problem.

I had another issue last week where I called support - that ossue was solved by doing all the things Fitbit suggests. However, this problem has occured since I go the CHarge 3 - both before and after I did alll the resets, etc.

I did contact support through chat. I was told the engineers are aware of the problem I have and have been working on it for a while. The issue is not collecting hrv value as I have an irregular (but not afib) heart rate.
