The Band on my Fitbit Charge 4 is broken - does this get replaced by Fitbit - please advise the process.
this fitbit is only about 2 years old so band should not be broken - but it is has broken through natural wear - should last longer I would like to believe. Many thanks rose T

it's only a 1 year warranty but they might offer you a discount to buy another

Hello - not a very good result. I think I will ditch Fitbit and buy Apple - this is not first time I have had to buy a band which does not last for more than one year. This is now my third Fitbit and always had problems with band and a couple of time with functionality. Not good enough. Not sure if Fit bit read these messages but if they don't they should. Very disappointed. Thanks Rt
