My fitbit charge 2 wont show any notifications while connected to Xiaomi Mi5. The band works fine with my Apple Iphone 5s.

@nik2103 you mention a ios phone, is this phone turned on and still nearby? If so have you removed the tracker from it's bluetooth settings screen?
Is the Charge2 still have notifications enabled, while displaying the clock hold in the button.
Have you setup notifacations in the app, and in the phones sound settings. Enable notifacations on the lock screen.
If sound is turned off please turn it back on
Take a look at

@nik2103 Thanks for stopping by! Your phone isn't a compatible one so I can't guarantee that all features will work or work flawlessly still you can try what @Rich_Laue suggested in his post (remove the tracker from your iPhone's bluetooth settings and enable notifications on the tracker itself). Since the other device is an Android make sure you have location services (GPS) on as Google now requires this to sync bluetooth devices and check the app permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions).
Let me know how it goes!

Yea I've done all that! Removed the device from ios completely from settings as well as the fitbit app.
Only then did I started syncing with Mi5. Everything works fine all the settings, syncs and stuff except the notification part.

Done that already!! Still doesn't work. I have an Alta too that too doesn't work with my Xiaomi. So I guess Xiaomi isn't truly compatible with Fitbit.

I also have mi5 set. It is synced with phone. Everything works fine but can't get incoming call notification on charge 2.

@ppoudel12 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications on your Mi phone. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. After this setup notifications again.
Keep me posted!
