I’ve tried doing the resets and still not seeing the smiley face and the screen is still dark.

The same has happened to mine! 
it makes a vibration noise when I press the side Billy just a black screen🤷‍:female_sign:

Me too. No lights, but on my phone it says fully charged. I’m going to try to remove it and the add it back. 🤞🏼
