Face won´t light up but it vibrates

Hi, It´s been a while since I´ve put my fit bit on and before I did I charged it and the light didn´t go on, but I didnñt think more of it, I just thought it didn´t have enough battery yet and when I went to put it on the face was blank but it vibrates when I push the side button.

 

I´ve tried the hacks and tried to reboot but pushing the button etc but nothing has happened. 

 

Please help 😞

Same boat, charging mine, blank, black screen and Just keeps vibrating. Sometimes a 🙂 will come on but that's about it and then it disappears This is very frustrating. This is a replacement to the three when I was having issues. It seems like they just last just a year or just over the period where it's been a year and then you're out of your warranty. 😕

Mine too…..On a Whim I threw it in the freezer for a couple hours then plugged it in.  It fired up briefly but wouldn’t charge so back in the freezer for a couple hours.  Same result this time so I threw in in a drawer and ordered a new one.  Two days went by and I decided to try it one more time before I got the new one.  To my surprise it came to life, starting charging and synced to my phone.  It’s been working fine for two days.  I don’t know if it was the freezer trick OR the fact I ordered a new one.  Either way next tracker will not be a Fitbit.  Their lifespan of one year is not good enough.

Agreed.  I am on Fitbit number 4, and all start deteriorating rapidly at a year old.  Personally I believe they are designed to Fail, which is unreasonable given the cost
