Factory Reset of charge 2 not working?

Hi

My charge 2 will not sync since I have completed a factory reset on my android phone.  I have tried all troubleshooting etc and nothing seems to work.  I am now trying to complete a factory reset of the charge 2 and that doesn't even do as it states.🙁
