Failing to Sync and Exercises only Pilates as Option

So, I have only had this charge 3 for a week now and I loved it until today. Today it will not sync to my app on my phone, keeps saying failure to sync and also when I tried to select my exercise on the charge 3 as treadmill it was no longer an option. It only says pilates for every single exercise when scrolling through.

Same thing for me! I’ve had my Fitbit for a month and this happened to me last week - all exercises are Pilates and the app says it won’t sync). I’ve tried turning Bluetooth off and on, reinstalling the app, restarting the phone. The issue persists.

The weird thing is everything else is syncing fine (hr, steps, active minutes, etc.) but all the workout options being Pilates is very annoying.

Note: I did not update to iOS 13.5 I’m still on 13.3

I have the same issue since I recharged the other day. HELP!
