Family account for Charge 3

My kids (age 10 and 12) opted for Charge 3 Fitbits.  When they tried to set it on on their phone,  using real age, it says they need an adult to set up family account.  They go back and forth between 2 households.  I want them to sync with their own devices,  not mine.  

How do I set up family account?

How do they sync to their own device?

Is it easier to just say they are 18??  If height/weight is true to selves, will the fitness data collected be accurate?

Hi @BeagleGrrrl - and welcome to the forums. You can tap here for full information on the family account. But I’m sorry to tell you that the Charge 3s do not qualify for family accounts. It’s the Fitbit Ace that is designed for family accounts.
