Faulty replacement again!!!! Should I give up on fitbit

My brand new fitbut broke so I got a replacement which didn't keep its charge. I get another replacement which won't even charge.. I give up!!

I assume you do realize that when something will not charge there are multiple possible problem spots besides the tracker, such as the charging cable and the USB port.

Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I just got my third replacement. It is on and off responsive. I do wonder if we are getting refurbished replacements rather than new ones. And, I have been trying to get through directly to Fitbit support and the page won't load, then when it finally loads I can't get chat function to work. Wondering if they are just short handed or something.
