Feedback - Charge 3 won't turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have the fitbit charge 3 and it just stopped working in under 3 years. This is my 2nd fitbit and same issue happened with my fitbit charge. When I call to try to fix the issue customer service cannot resolve the issue and all they can offer is a discount on a new watch.  We troubleshoot it together and it just wont turn on, all i get is a consistent vibration. Funny how that's exactly what happened to the first fitbit charge. This is ridiculous, as a workout watch should not just all of a sudden stop working. Seems like these watches last for about 2 years. This is a reoccurring malfunction I will never purchase another fitbit. I guess it's time to spend the money and buy something else.

Thanks for replying. I tried calling twice and same outcome. The only thing they can do is offer a discount for a new watch, which is not worth it if it just stops working after two years. Sorry but for a watch mostly worn just walking shouldn't just stop working and this happened on two separate occasions, with two different Fitbit charge models.

@TheCos I appreciate the detailed information.

I understand how you are feeling and appreciate the feedback provided. I also appreciate your understanding but replacement devices are provided for products within the warranty period. If your original Charge 3 is no longer under warranty a discount could be an available option but some conditions and requirements should be met. For more information about our warranty policy, I recommend visiting the following link: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/legal/returns-and-warranty

On a side note, your feedback is very important and take into consideration that it helps to continue working on improvements to our services and products.

See you around.
