Feedback about Charge 2 wristbands

You can see by the posts in this forum and on web-base sites that fitbit bands are the worst thing ever manufactured. They are substandard and must cost them a fortune to have to replace everyone's? Why cant you just get it together with a product that doesn't fall apart after a couple of months. In a world that is now tech savvy with new techniques this is unacceptable...

Fitbit warranty doesn't cover them for the period they should. Considering that it is a known issue the warranty should be extended for the products life. I bought this product at a premium price and have had issues ever since.

I would be kicking my marketing department heads I for such a poor design. Or was this a marketing plan to get the consumer to purchase over priced substandard bands after the warranty had expired to drive their bottom line?

In 4 years I have been through 8 bands. I have just about lost my Fitbit 3 times due to the band breaking and know that one day this will happen. Last time I dealt with fitbit they said they had a new design and they would send me one. This didn't happen and I had to put up with the same style band. This time it lasted only a few months. I'm over fitbit's neglect in their product. How can they expect us to support their brand when they keep knowingly making poor quality wrist bands?
