Bought a fitbit charge 4 in Feb this year.
5 months later, the band has broken - fell off whilst I was asleep.
The main issue though is that the fitbit refuses to track exercises consistently. When I do the same exercise on consecutive days, it picks it up on a few days but not the others. It counts my steps and records active zone minutes but refuses to update the number of days I have been active. What gets me though is that I have tried talking to customer no-services (spent hours on the phone to them) and they are the most unhelpful bunch there are. No clue whatsoever on the product they actuall sell/are supposed to support users on. Claims it is not an issue with the device and I need to manually enter the activity for it to track it and can’t explain why it tracks some days and not others. The device has no way of tracking weight training. If that were the case, why are they unable to explain the fact that the device tracks the same exercises on some days but not on others.
many body else experience this?
