Hi 

 

Just got this charge 4 today and went for a walk. Checked the app and had the kms, calories etc but no map, can't for the life of me work out how to find it

Hello @Orangeocean and welcome to the Community.  Fitbits track activity two ways.  There is SmartTrack, the auto recognition feature (no GPS), and the Exercise app, which uses GPS.  You don't describe using the Exercise app, so it sounds like your walk was tracked by SmartTrack.

 

To help you get started: tap on your profile avatar on your mobile app, then your Charge 4 image.  Tap on the How To Use icon.  You should be able to find a link to the Charge 5 manual at the bottom of the How To Use.  There is also more information in this Help article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
