Firmware up to date but battery option isn't on menu

 Firmware is 22.22.55.2

Have looked through the help pages where it says about the little icon to press the name of your device click menu and check battery well my menu doesn't have the option to check it, it's not there at all....id really like to add the battery percentage to the actual screen of my Fitbit....and not sure how to do this since "battery" isn't in my menu at all I've looked and it seems I'm up to date so I'm not sure how to do this

Hi @Jessay, thanks for sharing those screenshots with us. This is indeed odd. Let me suggest you something, could you please verify that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed on your phone? The latest one is 2.87. Take a look at the instructions in this help article: About the Fitbit app if you have questions.

@Jessay Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that you can't add the battery option on your Charge 2. This is odd. Could you share a screenshot of the options you see on your Charge 2 menu items? Where are you trying to make these changes (phone or computer)?

I go in click on my deviceI go in click on my device

 

I then click menuI then click menu

@Jessay that is the correct spot, have you checked the web sight at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device. 

I've also called in a moderator to help out here.

Awesome, @Jessay ! Thanks for the update. I suggest you to keep the Fitbit app updated so you don't have to experience syncing or connectivity issues or you miss some features on the app. 😉
