Completely black screen - not even the green pulse measuring light is on.
Tried emailing support, but I just got the "here's 25% off our store" which I can't use. But then again - I'd rather get my Charge working again.
Anyone experienced this? What did you do to resolve it?

Just happened to me. Firmware done 2 days ago and a few hours later black screen. Green light is working but no display. Seems to be tracking cause app says what I did but no display. Trying to look for answers and to fix it.
