First day activities and calories delete on Charge 3

Hi

 Since yesterday my Charge 3 is not registering the first activity of the day, and the related burned calories. Well, it registers, actually,and then... cancels!!!

What to do?!

• Does the activity show up and then goes away?
• Could you please try getting a screenshot of the activity showing up and then no longer appearing on your account?

I've just understood it happens when I don't connect the watch to the phone
gps. It doesn't register my walk
