Hi my Charge2 is showing I have completed 9 out of 9 hours activity, yet the first hour has not registered on the app for the past few days.
Any advice please ?

Let me help you with your reminders to move hours not showing on your app. I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this make sure your device is syncing with your account.
