Fit app and heart rate

I have a Charge 2 which shows my heart rate on the device itself but the app on mi Pixel 3a doesn't show heart rate on the Fitbit app dashboard display.

Any help please?

Do you have the heart rate tile? If not tap the edit and add it.

Hi Rich

That seems to be the problem. When I press edit I get these options: Steps/Floors/Distance/Calories burned/Active minutes, but no heart rate option

Do you see a heart rate on Fitbit.com

 

I would contact.fitbit.com
