Hi -
I went into my fitbit app on my iPhone this morning, and it asked me to log in. When I did - all of my data and connections and challenges were lost. It had me syncing with an old device. I deleted the old device and hooked up my charge 2, but now I've lost all of my previous data. Is there anything I can do to get it back? I was participating in a challenge group and tracking my exercise. I've been using this fit bit for 9 months and all of that data is now gone. Can someone help me?

Go to the contact support page and tap on Live Chat.
If you don't see live chat, try again later, it means that there are no techs to chat with.

My Fitbit app reset and I lost all my data since 2014 as well. I contacted the live chat and they told me that there is no way to recover lost data. I have been using Fitbit products since 2014 and it is very disappointing to lose all my progress. Any way to recover?

@Steffie923 I'm not sure what you mean by reset, I assume that you where logged out.
None of your data is stored in the Fitbit app but on their server.
Lets go to https://www.fitbit.com/
Since I noticed that your logged into a 4 year old account.

Fitbit app did an update and logged me out of account. When I logged back in all of my data from the past 3 years was gone so am having to start a complete fresh. Completely annoyed that this has happened

Hello @LaurenGriffiths none of your data is ever stored in your fitbit app, your data is safe on the fitbit server.
You will want to log out of the fitbit account that you created this month, and log into your correct account.
You should be getting fitbit updates every Monday, and they are addressed to your fitbit email. The header will tell you what address to use.
Look at the date that this account was created. It was not 3 years, but less than 3 days ago.
