Yesterday my iPhone 5s died while the fitbit was synced and I tried to sync it with the iPhone XR I just bought and it isn't recognized. I tried everything, including trying to sync with an imac and chromebook. I talked to fitbit cumstomer service and they said the bluetooth on the fitbit is broken and offered me 25% discount to buy a new one, I have only had it for just over a year! It's too big of a coincidence for the fitbit and phone to die on the same day. I've read elsewhere other people having this problem but have not see anyone with any resolution. I think it is still paired with my old phone somehow even though I removed the device from my account, I even started a new account to see if that would make a difference! Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hey @beastlyskipper1, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for taking the time to contact our Support team for further help. If you already tried all the tips suggested and even try to sync your Charge 2 with a iMac and still not working, then the Bluetooth might be the main issue. Also, as they mentioned, depending on your warranty, different options can be offered to you.
Let me know if you have further questions or comments!
