Hi @CNG67 and welcome to the forum. This posting is a year old, but it is the most recent I was able to find. Hopefully, it will help. If your Charge 2 is still under warranty, Support may be able to help. Either way, they should be able to answer your question.

yup, am on latest firmware.
it's not an issue specific to my device. Fitbit is notorious for inaccurately measuring distance.
