My charge3 screen has gone on readable with white lines all across it. Did all of the steps that I read and forum post such as a short reset, hard reset, and changing the clock face. None of those helped.
Had a typical support call....Lots of repeating what I said… Saying they were very sorry… But because it was out of warranty they had no help.
Incredibly frustrating part about this is that with literally several hundred even thousands of complaints about this exact issue with the charge three… They are unwilling to repair or replace. They did offer a 25% discount if I wanted to buy a new one… However… Why would I want to buy another one that will likely have the same issue And not be supported. Besides… They are 25% off their site is the same or slightly more expensive than I can buy them off Amazon right now.
So frustrating and disappointing.

I have exactly the same problem! It sounds like this is a general fault with these watches and you are just out of luck if your watch is out of warrenty!
Surely they should look into this as it seems to be happening alot. I have looked after my watch, never had it in water. My Daughter also has one but I'm reluctant to purchase this brand again!

I am having the exact same issue and have tried rebooting many times as well as changing the watch face...nothing is helping or fixing the problem!!!!
