Hi All –
I am looking for some advice on why my FitBit Charge HR won't turn on. I woke up this morning with it being completely off. I assumed the battery must have been low, so I plugged it into the charger and walked away. It has now been 4 hours and when I pressed the button, I realized not even the battery image was appearing on the screen, the green lights weren't flashing and it hadn't synced since the previous night.
I have a warranty on it, but I was hoping it would be something I could resolve on my own. Any advice? I've had this since Christmas... so not even a month.

Figured it out? No chance, Fitbit customer support is ... out of warranty - buy a new one
People talk about built in obsolescence - hmmm!
I have listed it on eBay and bought a Xiaomi Mi Band 5 instead
Far superior in every way and I only paid £28 - I got one for the missus for £25!
The only thing it doesn't do, to my knowledge, is flights of stairs
You can customise the screen and do "lots" hahaha

I had the same issue. I pressed the button by pulsing it for 10 seconds and it woke up!
