Yesterday I put the fitbit charge 3 on the charger at 44% until it hit 97% - had it on the rest of the day. I noticed last night it kept changing screens and would flash back to time screen. Then it flashed 1%, so I put it back on the charger all night . woke up this morning and it had a straight line - hit the button for 10 seconds it gave me the smiley face put it on now it displays a battery with an exclamation point.

The first thing to try in a case like this, @susan0862 , is a re-start. Instructions to restart your Charge 3 are here. As the article says, if this does not resolve the issue, contact Customer Service.

I charged my Fitbit last night. Was at 100% this morning. Within 5 minutes it went to 9%. Recharged again and within 3 minutes it was at 6%. Then the screen went black and kept vibrating non stop. I put it back on the charger and shut it off and left it sitting on my table. Put it back on the charger to restart it and I was down to a 2% charge. I have it back on the charger now. What should I do next?
