Every night when I go to sleep, my Fitbit Charge 3 lights up when I move my wrist in a position that it interprets as me lifting my wrist to check the time or my steps. This glowing light in turn wakes up my wife and makes sleep difficult for the both of us. Is it possible to turn off this feature at night so it won't light up during a predefined period each day? Otherwise, I might be forced to stop wearing it each night when I sleep which defeats the purpose of tracking my sleep patterns. Thak you in advance for your help
