Fitbit 4 band will not stay attached after replacement Fitbit band.

I purchased new Fitbit bands and now the fit bit will not keep itself attached and or locked into place. It literally just falls off, almost lost it at work on the unit, everything attached but the band popped off. There is a gap now and I have no idea what else to really do about this. Kinda sucks, this thing cost a lot of money and for this design to be in place for something like this to literally fail is a massive design flaw. I have owned multiple smart watches almost all of them had no band issues other than wear and tear.

I contacted support and was told I was going to be given a warranty link, that link never came. A warranty link generated to the account is easy to do, it should be almost instant from the point of statement. This will likely be the last time I use Fitbit.
