Fitbit 4 broken band- past warranty

If anyone knows the replacement band (link/brand) to buy on Amazon for my issue I would appreciate it. I rarely leave negative reviews.Theres’s nothing wrong with the support because they’re just doing their job; but my complaint is with the Fitbit Company. I have been actively using my watch since I purchased it and there is an issue with my band and all I wanted was to get it fixed/sent for repair and there is no option for that. If I’m out of warranty, I can pay. The watch still works perfectly fine and I don’t see a point in throwing it away and buying a new one. But all they could do was  offer me a discount code. Although it was my fault for not knowing that there was an expiration date to this code, i tried to reach out if they could possibly reactivate the code as I didn’t know and I was sick with COVID and inactive for awhile do to personal reasons. So I tried to purchase it maybe a month after the expiration date? They had to follow their policies and I just feel that the company in general does not have the greatest customer service especially for those that use this watch religiously. because of policy there was no leeway and It’s just frustrating how rigid they are on a discount code to buy another watch that Is rather not even purchase.

Is your band broken or is the part on the pebble that connects to the band broken?

I believe part of the pebble. I tried to buy a replacement band on Amazon but it wouldn’t attach

Amazon has 3rd party bands for this specific problem. It is a one piece band where the pebble sits securely in the open space in the center.  I thank the person who came up with this band every day.  Some of the brand names are Goseth, Kakurookie, Saufly. and Supcase.  They range in price from $7.99-$16.99, they are not fashionable but they solve the problem making your device wearable again.  I love my Charge 4, even with its many defects. I hope this info helps.
