Fitbit 4 will not charge. It starts charging and says 2% then stops.

I tried charging my Fitbit 4 and it stops charging.  When I plug it in it starts charging and says 2% then shuts off and does not charge.  I left it over night and I have tried different ports on my computer and tried plugging it into the wall.  Each time starts charging then stops.  I tried wiping off the connections and that did not help either.  I bought this in Nov. 2020 from Kohl's and have never had any problems with it.
