Hi @Asheesh05,
Did you purchase your device directly through Fitbit or through a third-party? If it was through a third-party, you would have to contact that other retailer directly and follow their exchange policies. If you got your device through Fitbit directly, then you would need to contact Customer Support via the "Help" link at the bottom of the screen (I would use the Live Chat option, but you can choose from any option you like).
