Fitbit Charge 2 Advice - Should I upgrade?

Hello Everyone,

Now that my Charge 2 is a year old the band keeps popping off.  Should I just purchase a new band or just upgrade to the next version?  I am not sure if a new band will fix this issue or not but mostly likely would.  This is my first one so I am not sure how long they last.  The battery does seem to need more  attention lately but nothing critical.

Thanks - Eric

Hello and welcome to the forums @EricMiller

You could try another band and if it doesn't work well for you, return it. Several local retailers carry the Fitbit bands and they can also be ordered at the Fitbit store.

If it was me, I'd try to keep the Fitbit alive as long as possible, while checking for sales. There are always sales on these devices. Mother's Day and Father's Day will be here soon and Fitbit just had a Valentine's Day sale.

As for the charging problem, read this article - click - on how to improve it.

Odyssey13,

I ended up purchasing a replacement band on Amazon and so far I am having a day one experience.

Thanks again - Eric
