Hello - I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions for the above problem with no success.
Bought this Fitbit last Friday.
When first set up Fitbit - the notifications worked but this stopped after about three days. In the APP I get prompted to pair the fitbit when I click on 'notifications' and after quite a while of the thinking donut thingy, I get a message 'Bluetooth Pairing Failed'. Bluetooth settings on iPhone shows that the Fitbit IS being picked up and all other syncing IS working. Also not connecting is All Day Syncing...any suggestions?

@DorindaH Welcome to our Community! Besides the phone restart suggested by@Rich_Laue I suggest you remove your tracker from your bluetooth settings. After this retry setting up the notifications. Also have you tried using this feature with another mobile device? Finally you could remove the tracker from your account (tap the tracker's icon and then the trashcan icon) and set it up again (go to account and then set a new device).
Let me know how it goes!

I am having the same problem. I have had the Charge 2 for about 3 weeks. Sometimes it will send me text notifications but never phone ones. Yesterday, I wasn't getting either so I restarted the phone and did everything mentioned above - then I started getting the text notifications but still not the phone. Today, same thing, no text - I've done the same things as yesterday and am now getting text but not calls. Is there anything I can do so I don't have to reset everything every day and any suggestions on calls? Thanks.

My notifications all worked fine. Reminders to walk, text messages, calls, etc and I turned them off ( they woke me up one saturday morning when I was trying to sleep) and when I turned them back on they never worked again.
I have now done everything suggested on this page and nothing works. No notifications what so ever.
Any other suggestions

Hello @mjersey when you turned notifications off, did you turn them off in the app or the tracker?
Are they now on in both places?
Can you confirm that Fitbit notification services are running?
Are you able to send a text notification?
What always works for me is a restart of my phone.

Have run out of solutions to try which have been suggested. Thought i had succeded, but when I got up this morning my Charge 2 and iPhone 6 had gotten a divorce. I have not been able to get them paired again. Will go back to an old tracker until I can get my tracker checked or have it replaced. Never had this problem with the older, cheaper models of the fitbit trackers. I love the look of the Charge 2.

had similar issues - tried all recommendations
Finaly made it work again by using the 'forget device' in the bluetooth settings on my iPhone for the charge 2 - then forcing fitbit app to close - reopen and follow the replace device instructions. I have the feeling that the pairing didn't work from within the app when the charge 2 was already connected via the bluetooth on the iPhone (hope this is making sense)

@Cutiemema, have you checked the Charge 2 itself to verify that Notifications did not get disabled? Press & hold the side button for about 3 seconds to toggle Notifications from Off to On.

Do a Fitbit restart, open the app and go to notifications. You will be taken through the Bluetooth pairing process again and all should be well
