My Fitbit Charge 2 won't connect with bluetooth devices what so ever. I tried several devices such as Samsung Galaxy S5 neo, Samsung Galaxy tab 3, Samsung Galaxy J7 and a laptop and nothing worked. Can someone help me out please??

@LVDW2002 A warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you with your non syncing Charge 2. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello.  New here.  I'm having these same problems and nothing is working.  I've disconnected every possible bluetooth device (of which none have given me any troubles), checked my OS version.  Uninstalled and reinstalled everything, powered down everything multiple times.  For additional information, I've yet to see a battery icon on my screen nor the phrase regarding being ready to roll.   I've gotten a code to enter over a dozen times, so the app is finding the phone.  There are no other bluetooth devices near me.  I am so very frustrated, I'm about to return it.  Can you PLEASE help me??
