Dear Fitbit,

 

My km reading via the GPS connection is completely wrong. My Fitbit Charge 2 gets a km reading of 5.6 km's for a 5km run. The further i run the bigger the gap. This weekend I ran a 10km race and according to my fitbit it was 11.1km's. Do you have any advice on why there is such a big gap in the km reading?
