Fitbit Charge 2, No Display, Green light ON, Restart done

Hi,

Can you please advise what should I do to make my Fitbit tracker works again?

It suddenly shows no display, but the green light at the back still on.

I already restarted the tracker.

It vibrates when I connect the charger, and also vibrates when I pressed the button for  few seconds.. but still showing no display.
