Fitbit Charge 2 Wont Turn On Black Screen

My daughter's fitbit charge 2 isn't even 2 months old & it's totally dead. It was working completely fine, zero issues. She noticed that it wasnt synched to her account so she asked me to sync it for her. The watch was on, I logged on to sync it & it shut off & it hasn't turned on since. I've cleaned it, I've followed the steps to restart it & nothing. It doesn't vibrate, it doesn't do anything at all. From what I've read in other threads, combined with the fact that this happend while trying to sync the watch it seems evident that there is a software issue AND it seems evident that Fitbit is aware of this issue. I can't afford to buy a new one nor should I have to considering this watch is practically brand new. I'm very frustrated over this & would really appreciate hearing from some of you in the community who have dealt with this. How did you fix it? Did Fitbit step up & help you? I am hoping they help me. I was under the impression that Fitbit made quality products or else I would have never spent so much on this watch.

I did but so far they have just given me all the steps to reset. Three emails with literally no new information considering in my first email I listed the exact steps as having already been done....Im very frustrated over it & honestly I don't think Im even emailing with a real person.
