Hi... I have been using Health Sync to integrate Samsung Health and fitbit for some time now. I've received a notification from Health Sync stating that Samsung Health will no longer allow steps from other apps... Can anybody help me with regards to importing/exporting data between the apps, if it is indeed possible. Thank you.

@jessatkinsfit It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you exporting your data. While I don't know how the Samsung's platform works you can export the data on your account by following these instructions. See if you can upload this data file on your Samsung's account/app or ask them to add compatibility for it.
