Fitbit Charge 2 battery Can the battery be replaced?

My fitbit charge 2 is completely dead.  It is about a year and a half old.  It's completely dead. Will not charge.  Can the battery be replaced?  If so where?

China-Bit which costs $10, works just as well, if not better. When my Charge2 dies, I am done with fitbit.

Same thing here I’ve had my charge 2  for just over 2 years and it stopped holding a charge I’d charge it and it dies within 2 hours I called them they said it only had 1 year warranty and my extended warranty also expired by like 2 months so they said they could give me 25% off the charge 3 and that it would be 119.00 but that’s what I paid for my charge 2 2 years ago and it’s not working why would I waste another 120$ if they only last 2 years not worth it they should be more compensation for their faulty product

Was this a difficult job?

My battery is totalled. I really enjoyed the Fitbit but given this it’ll be my last. 

Couldn’t recommend, I am afraid

I tried to replace the battery, it didn’t work. I ended up get a new Fitbit Charge 2, only because I got it half off the regular price. If I dies the way the last one did, it will definitely be my last.

I did not replace the battery, but got a new charger. Turns out the charger
was what was broken, and I've had no problems ever since.

I should have tried that too. I always had issues with the charger “connecting” properly. I don’t have those same issues with my new Fitbit and charger.

That's messed up all this money we pay for this device for them to send you a recondition one back I have the Iconic and it went completely dead within six months they sent another one and the same thing happened again.then they told me I exceeded the warranty Condition.? Was how did I do this if your the one who sent the defective product in the first place.they both stop working during the update progress.
