My husband bought me a new Fitbit Charge 2 and after using for few months (not even a year) it keeps falling off. I dont have a receipt. Can I get a new one or can it be fixed?

I’m so sorry to hear that, @Kritika01 . Glad you found us on the forums. It sounds like the band keeps disconnecting from the Charge 2. You can try contacting Support to see if the band if still under warranty. Or you can simply look for different band on Amazon or different third party sellers. There are some beauties out there! I like to match my Fitbit band to my outfit and have collected several different bands for each of my Fitbit devices.
