Since the end of July, my Fitbit Charge 2 tells me that it couldn't get a heart rate reading during sleep so I always get simplified sleep details. Seems to get a heart rate during the day, though, unless what it is reading isn't correct. I've restarted the Fitbit twice, upgraded the app, upgraded to the newest version for the Fitbit and nothing helps. Any ideas for a fix?

@Carrolap Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your missing sleep stages. You may not get sleep stages for the following reasons:
To improve the heart rate reading I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your suggestions. I tried everything you suggested last night and still woke this morning to simplified details. Sleep tracking is the most fun item on the Fitbit in my opinion and I find since it isn't working I don't enjoy the Fitbit anymore. It is just a watch and step tracker for me now. Extremely disappointing and I won't buy Fitbit again since this one only lasted a few months past the warrantee.
