I got a new fitbit for Christmas and deleted my old one (charge 2) using the trash can in the app. This deleted it from my account so I could set up my new one. I'm wanting to set it up for my friend but it's not connecting. It doesn't show the fitbit.com/setup screen on it.
How do we add it to her account? Is there a way?

I note that you removed it from your account but you may also need to "forget" the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings as this link may be blocking connection to her phone.
