Fitbit Charge 2 - did it die?

I know she's an oldie, but I think my Fitbit Charge 2 has died. I've tried the fixes of changing the clock face, plugging it in and pressing the button - nothing. Black display with rows of short white dashes. Is she gone?

I suspect its gone they dont last forever

 

Please clean the contacts


Then Do a Restart

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

 

If this doesn't help contact support to see what your options are . Use help link at top of forum
