When I turn my wrist, my fitbit charge 2 do not wake up.

This is troubling me.

Whenever I want to know time, I have to either press the button or band.

So please can you help me.

@Adish Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not lighting up when you turn your wrist. Make sure the movement  when turning is strong and a long motion as this may affect its detection by the tracker. Also check that the feature is turned on. On the Charge 2 is called Quick view and you can access it by tapping the top left button, tap the tracker's icon and then search for the feature. Once you enable it just sync your tracker.
