Fitbit Charge 2 display doesn't turn ON

Hi, I've been using Fitbit for past 3 years.

My charge 2 doesn't start. I thought  it's not charging as well as i don't get the vibration /power on when i charge it.

However after several failed attempts to start by just trying to charge i noticed that the green light at back/viz contact point of Fitbit is on .. Also surprisingly it's tracking my steps.

But,

It doesn't vibrate/it doesn't switch on.i mean i cannot see the steps/time or anything .its just a black screen..

I tried all troubleshooting methods to charge. But looks like the problem is not about charging.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Phanikumar and @Rovidesis2. Thank you for mentioning that you have tried all charging methods in order to turn your Charge 2 on.

If your tracker doesn't turn on, please restart it:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
    1. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Your tracker should now work normally. If your tracker still doesn't turn on after a restart, contact Customer Support.
