I've only had my Charge 2 for one month. While wearing it, the display went blank even though it was charged. I've tried:
plugging the charging cable to my computer and to the electrical outlet using a wall adapter.
trying my friend's charging cable.
following the reset procedures.
cleaning the contacts with rubbing alcohol.
Nothing worked. Display is still blank; no green lights on the back, no vibrations.
What else can I do?

@VonTripp It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 display isn't working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts (check the link as these are different suggestions from the help site) then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours (don't mind if you see any activity or not on the display) directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes!
