Does anyone have a working Fitbit Charge 2 now they have been out for about 2 years.  Seems the entire batch has faulty batteries and FitBit support is covering it up.

My fitbit charge 2 just did the same thing.  Was working fine over the weekend, then put it to charge and hasn't turned on or charged since.

My fitbit 2 has been working fine for 2 months, then suddenly stopped partway through the day and is stuck on battery screen. Battery is two thirds full, but fitbit doesn't respond at all, no other screens showing..

Is this a known fault?

Got my charge 2 as a present Christmas 2016, still going but the connection to the strap is on its last legs. The little bit that clicks it into position has worn down.

If/when it fails I will not be going for the charge 3.  The 2 does enough for me and there is stuff on that I don't use. The newer models seem more trouble than they are worth.

My battery literally did the same as yours. It started doing that buzz alert when I put it on charge now it doesn’t even turn on. How do I get it replaced?

Just last night mine vibrated like I was getting a notification and when I looked at it the screen was flashing with some weird lights on it. Then I got a message on my phone that said the battery was low charge immediately. Problem with that is nothing happens when I charge it. The screen doesn’t do anything now.

I have the exact same problem! It just stopped responding one day when battery went out of charge. I’ve tried everything Fitbit has suggested on forums and trouble shooting but nothing works! So annoyed!

Same thing happened to me 2 years old exactly and two new bands later now the unit will not turn on or charge. Last sync showed battery was full. Tried all the suggested remedies but  charge 2 is still dead. For the price it should last longer than 2 years .has there been response from Fitbit?

Absolutely disappointing Fitbit

answer to this question is No.

Just as everyone else with a Charge 2 invested in around 2017 mine has completely died, I use mine every day and charge it as recommended. It went from lasting 5 or 6 days on a full charge to absolutely nothing. Everything has been tried according to the Fitbit community and still absolutely nothing. Why can't Fitbit which has become a leader in exercise watches support the customers who have made them such a recommend company by admitting that their is a fault with the Charge 2 completely dying and offering a replacement instead of ignoring the people who made the company successful. And have they not looked into how many people are complaining

Also after some research, Australian Fitbit was made to give a 2 year warranty. If this was Global many people would already have a replacement Watch. So why isn't this the case???

Totally agree. Mine was still in great shape and I had just purchased the new sports band. Then it just quit. Money wasted on the band. It doesn’t fit the new Charge 3 I ended up buying. I love the devices I’ve had, but If this 3 doesn’t last longer I’ll be trying another brand in the future.

One of ours just died yesterday. Was setting it up on my daughters account and everything went black. Called support and they showed it synced & had 34% power. Now dead

So how do we get ahold of Fitbit I order to get this battery fixed because that’s a lot of money spent on a piece of junk and I for one will be telling all my family and friends not to get a fitbit

Customer Service basically told me too bad but you’re out of warranty. Here’s a coupon to buy another piece of crap.

I've just completed going through the Fitbit support team to try and resolve my dead battery issue, they replied within the 2 day window as stated, and a few emails between me and the team. And also mentioning that I purchased it in the EU and finding out that I was covered for 2 years. The two years are up next month, and I have a replacement on the way to me now Impressed with the way I was treated.
