Hi my charge 2 today lost it's Bluetooth connection with my iPhone, a bit of faffing about with uninstalling the app, messing with my Bluetooth settings and I got it sorted. About an hour later I noticed the screen was black, I contacted live chat who suggested resetting...I don't get any vibration when attaching the charger however on my laptop the battery level is showing full and the green lights are flashing on the back. I've tried different trouble shooting, updating IOS, cleaning the connectors etc, however still have a blank screen and can't sync to my phone.

My charge did that today. I charged it but screen stayed black. I can’t get the app to sync so I can’t get to settings

This happened to me yesterday and then again today.  I went on to the computer and disabled live data for my device and now it seems to charge correctly again.  I don't recall the live data option before, is it new?  Is it too much for a charge 2 to handle?  I had tried everything else I could think of yesterday, but nothing seemed to last.
